Physically - nothing that I can’t change myself.

Otherwise, sounds stupid but I wish I wasn’t so passionate about things and also I care too much about people I think. Can’t stand the thought of hurting people’s feelings, I think I’m just more sensitive than I want to be underneath this suit of armour!

I wouldn't change it because it's part of who I am but I wish I'd known about my ADHD earlier in my life so that I had an understanding of it at a younger age. I also wish I'd had a better understanding of fitness earlier too. It's harder to work on yourself when you're already overweight. Not that I'm putting my body down- I'm confident with what I've got!
