I absolutely do love Mediterranean style food.

My fav must be Lebanese, Palestinian and Algerian. Appreciate Iranian food too.

I do love a good kimchi or bimbimbap though

Totally love Mediterranean food, in fact last time I went to Greece, all I brought back were spices haha.

I just love creating the whole spread, souvlaki, tzatziki, olives, feta, fresh flatbreads, hummus... actually making myself hungry typing

I like it. Been to Spain a few times through work trips and it's all I eat as it's so cheap.

I went to a place in Didsbury which was an Indian style tapas. I thinks it's called amans canteen. Same as tapas portion wise but Indian Street food. Amazing flavours and you order 4 different dishes for your main course.
