Id make moderators profiles say "forum moderator" on them, and give them a maximum period in position of 12 months.

Id make it possible to actually have a dialogue between my customers and me! Id also be prepared to listen to criticism.

There is actually an app for that (well half of it, mens inboxes are not disabled), it's rather jolly, ladies go first and if they don't message in 24hrs then you are unmatched.
