Not had crumpets for ages!....had to stop getting them as I can eat a whole pack in one go!.... Crumpets and marmite....oooh really fancy some now!!

Manchester/London

Breakfast was my usual- 2 brown toast, 2 poached eggs, bacon, beans, tomatoe, black pudding.

Lunch was peri peri chicken, potatoes wedges, green beans followed by Sticky toffee pudding.

Dinner will be a tuna salad.

Not bad for Monday

Rice Krispies and a banana for brekkie

Ham & Coleslaw sandwich for lunch

I've a mate coming round for tea in a bit so I asked him what he fancied ... so we're having southern fried chicken, mash and chicken gravy

I need space for that - and a bit more for the millionaire's shortbread cheesecake that will follow
