I've just tried to send a message and I've been told I'm blocked for trying to send a website to someone, but I haven't.... How do I contact admin to ask what's going on?!

I know she’s a forum mod/admin but not sure if she’s admin/mod for any other parts of the site

It should lift automatically within an hour or two. It's set off by trigger words not necessarily a Web link.
