I wake up between 6 and 7 most days but I'm not properly functioning until 2 coffees and an hour or two to emotionally come to terms with the fact that I'm awake. A similar thi gs happens in the evening only in reverse. Optimal time is between 11:00am and 3:00pm.

This for me too. Late morning/early afternoon and then i perk up again early evening for a few hours.
