How will you be having your pancakes on Tuesday?

Just been having a practice... mine with golden syrup and lemon juice, oh so sweet but really sharp and sour too!

So many choices - generally tradional with lemon and sugar or i sometimes do a little cooked apple with sultanas soaked in a little brandy and cinnamon with brown suger - delicious.

I wont be, to be honest didnt know it was pancake day tuesday. Ive never had them since callum left home. When i was a kid it was orange juice and sugar, infact dont think ive ever had them with anything else

We make ours from scratch, fry them with a little butter and have fresh orange juice on them.

Jubilee pancake it was called - used to go there every year for my birthday when I was growing up and my mum used to always pick it - my fave is maple syrup and ice-cream ( also from little chef days)
