"First aid should be a thing learned in school instead of R.E" . Why not alongside RE? Religious education is very important to some, I’m not saying more important than first aid but important all the same. Mrs blue eyes

"I often wonder what they actually teach in life skill classes at secondary school ... shouldn't it be proper first aid, CPR, sign language and the such? Suppose my kids are lucky because we did all of those things " We didn’t/don’t have ‘life skills’ classes near me. However, there’s now ‘maths’ and ‘life skill maths’ which is more do with taxes, paying bills etc. Wasn’t around when I was at school but both my brother and sister have taken it!

"First aid should be a thing learned in school instead of R.E" HERESY!!!! How to eat properly. The amount of folk I saw last night talking whilst eating was orrible, even bits of food falling outta their gobs whilst talking. One chap in between talking and eating even took a swig of beer whilst the food was still in his mouth, you could clearly see the chewed pie and peas when he opened his gob.

They are perfectly contained for the first 8-10 months till they start crawling around and emptying cupboards, and stripping shelves, and pulling things out of drawers. Then the walking starts and you get chocolate fingerprints on the tele, the doors, the walls, the windows. Then they start climbing stairs and realise they have 2 fully functional hands and said chemical warefare filled nappy starts being removed and they pee on the floor. WHAT THE HELL DID I HAVE KIDS FOR!!!!!!!!!

"Have respect for their elders Ooooh I disagree" Me too. Extend courtesy to everyone, which may look like respect. Be mindful of disability or similar. Know when or when not to listen to authority. Don't give someone status based on age.
