I’ll have a look if there’s a pic attached if no profile pic.

Most of the time it disappoints me so then delete.

If no pic or profile it will just get deleted or unread

Everyone manages their mail differently. At the end of the day if you get no reply you get no reply. Watching your sent box and trying to second guess what it means is pointless.
