So i commented in a music related thread the other day and it got me thinking.

What do you consider to be the greatest into to a song?

A couple I would consider are

Money for nothing - Dire Strats

Thunderstruck - AC/AD

Ayr

Not sure about 'greatest' - but Pride (In the name of love) by U2 is pretty good. So is the intro to the Gun cover of Word Up.

This.

Richard Burton's narrated intro is a spine chiller.

There and to the left a bit

Purely for the fact that it stands the hairs on the back of my neck up as I remember the time it was broke the electric atmosphere when 7 men stood on a stage together again for the first time in 6 years and what followed led to an earthquake being recorded in North London it would be this....

Hey you, don't watch that watch this, this is the heavy heavy monster sound, the nuttiest sound around, so if you've come off the street and are beginning to feel the heat, well listen buster you better start to move your feet to the rockingest, rock steady beat of Madness......ONE STEP BEYOND!!
