It partly depends upon your relationship that you have with her, as well as any agreements that you've ever made together, such as not having secrets. Everyone has different expectations but if you're with someone, potentially for life, then it would be great to share (and thus potentially not having to hide) things between you.

Consider the implications for her - whether you're just starting to become aware, whether you've hidden something for a long time, told lies or been unfaithful etc. How you share your personal depths is going to partly depend on her.
