I'm above Queen Leviosa and Duchess of Pornwall. As Ghengis Khan is equivalent to Emperor.

So right now... It's

Leviosa

Duchess of Pornwall

Who else can you add and what order do they go in?

Barons? Dukes? Earls? etc.

Hmmmmm an emperor is defined as being "a sovereign ruler of an empire" - nowhere does it mention any of this king of kings bullshit - Victoria was a Queen, she also ruled over an empire therefore an emperor does not automatically trump a king or queen
