"Healthy, correctly portioned, regular meals. Plenty of exercise. I've lost just over 2 stone in 2 months doing this and lost over 4 stone the year before last doing the same. The trick is sticking to it! If you're healthy, your weight will be healthy too (eventually in my case, long way to go)" I find it hard to stick to things, so tracking seems to be the solution for me. I think more about what I put in my mouth. | |||
