Forget about it. The chances are she's regretting it and wants to just move on.

Unless she broaches the subject with you, make like it didn't happen. Don't make her feel any more awkward than she may be feeling now.

She's most likely embarrassed and doesn't know what to do herself so goes into defence mode to stop herself from liking you more.

That or she changed her mind or wants to keep it professional whilst at work.

Hard to tell, can only suggest you speak to her if you want more. Only she can tell you what she's thinking.

Could be a hundred reasons why. You won't know unless you speak to her. See if she fancies grabbing lunch or catching up after work sometime. I had something very similar years ago and we ended up dating but kept that very separate from work.

My Mrs only had a couple....fella was grinding against her, they had a kiss or two...he asked if “we had a chance, would you?” She said “yes”.....

He went on to town after, she had booked taxi home.....neither of them mentioned it since...

To be fair I'm normally totally oblivious to someone chatting me up. I never realise anyone's coming on to me unless they literally spell it out and get their hands in my trousers. At least in this case I don't think I'd be in any doubt.

Best thing to do is see how things are post party. Maybe quietly bring it up with her (When sober) if your interested, she how she reacts?
