Sleeping weird

So can’t sleep for weeks, every day I’m awake around 3:30 am then just lie there, honest I don’t sleep..so took a herbal sleeping tablet, slept great until in my dream I had an argument and ( really not like me) I punched my father ( been deceased 25 yrs) except in the real life I actually punched the set of new draws next to my bed, cut my knuckles doing so, which woke me up at..... you guessed it 3:30am

I did manage to get back to sleep though till 5:30

Anyone find this weird?

Or had a similar experience?
