Music on busses

Why do arseholes on busses play music on their phones at full blast. Do they really think everyone wants to hear that racket, or do they know it's pissing everybody off and that's why they do it? It's always the same shite.

Ask them to turn it down a little...usually works if a polite approach is adopted.
