Yes. I can't act any other age because that's the age I am. Se are more mature at 62 and some less but I don't think you can act any other age than the one you are.

the older I get, the more people I meet from different walks of life.. the less likely I'm inclined to think there's an age to act up to.

I think most people with emotional maturity recognise that there's a time when youthful exuberance is a good thing and a time when elder statesman soberness is called for no matter how old you are.
