Don’t have an answer. It’s just always been the case. Only man I’ve been attracted to who is near enough my age is my husband, who is four years older.

I'm ever slipping out of the young bracket and one day I'll see a thread like this and be too old to respond to it.

Erm, I'm not sure. My formative male sexual experiences when I was a student were with a much older lecturer so I think part of it is shaped by that. I think it's the aesthetic as well - the whole greying hair, a lined face, hands that are a bit rough and well... older looking. And part of it is because I sometimes quite enjoy the contrast between someone older than me. I dunno.

Personally I prefer older women, and probably always will do...unless I make it to 100 and fab will automatically determine that I’m only allowed to chat to 18-99 year olds

I'm not a younger woman and when I was I only really found men around my own age attractive. Nowadays I do prefer a man from about 40 upwards (which is still much younger than me ). I think older men are more likely to understand that the journey is as enjoyable as reaching the destination

Age doesn't have to have anything to do with sexual prowess.

I've met younger guys who are much better lovers. Enthusiastic, adventurous and generally fun. Some older guys are stuck in their ways and think if it's worked for them for years.

And then you get the ones who lie about their age.

Not read through so apologies if it's been said , but girls and young /ladies/women mature quicker and often find men their own age immature in thinking. The perception of Older = Experience may also be something to do with it too.
