Not answering the question directly, but if I were going to name a child, my mind would be on a fairly popular/ contemporary name (so not like, Ethel) but not a top 10 name. Erring traditional (for my heritage and/or the area where I lived) rather than trendy. Nothing that made a weird acronym with initials or could be used to fuel bullying.

I'd probably avoid naming my child after anyone because I've known family problems to arise from that.

I’m gonna message you the name we have chosen. Gonna see your thoughts we always thought we’d choose a traditional name likes James or George, but we love this name and he kicked when we mentioned it!

I almost gave my kid the middle name ‘Lily’. Now Lily is a beautiful name. Unfortunately the issue is that I cannot actually say words with repetitive L’s. Thankfully I realised once she was born and I couldn’t say the bloody name without my tongue twisting. To impact matters her dad’s surname has 2 bloody L’s in it

My grandma told me the story of making my mum. My grandad chose my mum’s name, the agreement was if it was a girl he chose, a boy my grandma picked.

Mum is called Barbara and grandad was very clever. He gave her 2 middle names and made her initials spell Babs
