I went to bed almost fine last night then got really cold to the point I was shivering even with layers on, then I started to panic about the shivering lol. I feel heady and just really tired x

Plenty of fluids so it goes through your system quicker. It's weird but I used to raise my legs when in bed and that used to help, sort of getting more blood to the brain, nothing too dramatic a couple of pillows would do it.
