Dream big people, anything is possible

None of you probably care and Im sure some of you are fed up of hearing about my training but I don't give a shit.

On Friday I became a British Powerlifting Champion, Masters 1 110kg class.

230kg Squat

150kg Bench

245kg Deadlift

As a kid I always watched with awe the strongman and powerlifting and I always dreamed one day I would be able to say I was the strongest in the uk/europe/world.

I've tried strongman and just wasn't good enough, powerlifting however I've found my calling.

Next year I'll be taking on the European Champs and a year or two after the World Champs.

Anything is possible if you you put the effort in.

Yay, go you, excellent, well done!

Tossing a sturdy girl round the bedroom should be a piece of cake after that

You'll have to look very very hard to find me, it's a very small community and not plastered all over the web

Congrats big man.. seriously good results.

My degenerative back issue is hindering my training.. slow and steady gains though.

I do want to make it out to Thailand for one last fight before I really do get too old.. maybe next year

Well done! My dad was a weights instructor and powerlifter and won many competitions over the years, so I understand the dedication it takes. I was fascinated all of his trophies when I was a little girl.

Hiding in the shadows

You smashed it, I never doubted for a minute you wouldn't.

All the hard work, blood sweat, swearing & tears, ok the tears are all mine , were worth it.

I am so bloody proud of you, you great big lump.

My turn next - No pressure
