Only you can decide if it's something you want to do OP.

If you decide to then take it slowly, maybe use toys and fingers to stretch yourself a little first, remember you can never use too much lube either - when you're ready make sure you're as comfortable as you can be and be sure he knows to take the pace from you and not to just go for it. It's not so much painful as there's a brief moment of discomfort as you're entered just take long slow breaths to get past that and keep telling him to go gently until it passes - once he's inside you then try and relax and tell him how it feels and what speed you want him to go.
