".... Have a really bad day with your stress/anxiety? I know people have done this thread before... But I've woken up today and really don't know what to do with myself, my anxiety has gone through the roof.... For no reason... Just wanted to get it off my chest and I dont have anyone else to talk to.... What do people do to try and stifle it... I've been for a long walk..... I'm not trying a cup of tea and a biscuit, I feel like I'm about 90" First of all your not alone as others have said take time to be kind to yourself try some breathing exercises I find they help. You know this will pass try distracting yourself I concentrate on colouring in take care OP hugs to you xx | |||
