Yesterday I ran, not a fast walk or a gentle jog.
A sprint, a flat out, as if my life depended on it sprint.
About a mile through the car park, through the NEC, round the halls, twice. Yeah I had the map upside down!
I've not run in almost 2yrs, on medical advice, my lower spine couldn't handle the impact.
Well today my lower spine is fine.
But my ankles, and shins?

It all went a bit pear shaped and I ended up being in surgery twice as long as I should have been but fingers crossed tomorrow I'll he able to see! | |||
