And men, and Transgender and everyone.

Avoid the conflict of who has it more difficult and experiences more hardship.

How about highlighting something you as a gender experience, that you feel others need to understand.

I'll tentatively start: I'm a man, sometimes my silence actually means I'm hoping you'll make contact first. I'm just as insecure as others at times despite the outward confidence.
