So in line with other threads one comment got me thinking if u were wandering say a shopping centre or a public place do u think other fab people would guess be able to guess your fab name by just seeing you or people watching you as you interact with others? Mainly aimed at forum people i think cos we get to do the internet version of people watching

Well I’m my name so unless they know my name they’d never guess

But people do spot my hair a mile off once they’ve seen me

I think I'm the same in my own mind, but other ppl sometimes don't seem to agree and I think that depends on whether the person actually understands me fully or is guessing. I'm not the easiest person t follow, quite deliberately sometimes. Depends definitely on the company and circumstances and whether we click or whether I'm being sensible and doing adult daddy stuff....

That's such a fucking clear answer....!

If you've not seen me in a fab context, then I'm not sure how anyone would recognise me. I doubt I'd recognised anyone else either unless I'd seen their face and had an interest in them.

Not a chance.

I made conscious efforts to avoid giving away details in the past.

My moment of horror was brought to life however when I exchanged a face pic with another member and it was someone I knew.

They would never have guessed apparently.

Fab is a spicy side dish of life...not the main course.

I’ll qualify this a bit. My Fab friends would definitely recognise me, fellow forum users, depending on how well they know me may well recognise me, but outside of that less than a handful would know who I am.

I'm easily forgettable in a crowd but when people meet and engage with me, they see so much more than is written on my profile or in the forums.

Those I trust to let in see the real me. This forum me is a watered down version. Although that is my view. Those who have met me may think differently.
