For functional, the Debenhams DD+ range are quite good for the price. (you get what you pay for, they're not super dooper amazing, but I consider them excellent value for money)

I get mine from asda, 40E t-shirt bra 2 for £8 for everyday wear but they do nice ones too.

Used to buy mine from asda but they break too easy each bra would last about a month so I went to simply be much better quality and they are beautiful
