Google CALM they have a webchat service if you prefer that to actually speaking to someone.

They are specifically aimed at men.

Hope you manage to find something suitable to help you.

Hi OP

Mind website is really good and has tips to help you cope

Samaritans are another good place if you need to chat to someone.

Have you seem your gp for help before?often they can be really helpful and can give you referrals to get therapy too.

Do you have any friends or family who can come and be with you too?.

Hope it passes and you get sorted op

Miss xx

You should either phone the Samaritans, or visit A&E as soon as possible. They are professionally trained people and will be able to help and support you in your difficult situation.

I hope that you will be ok.

All of the above; and if in crisis utilise emergency services.

If seeking forum based set up for ongoing companionship and conversational support then Mind’s Elefriends forum is a useful one.

MIND and the samaratins.

Just remember, no matter how bad things are, it won't be like this forever. Things will get better, I promise you.

There are always people available to talk to or just listen to you.

For immediate help contact MIND or Samaratins on 116 123.

Long term go to see your Doctor.

Hope things improve soon.

I have been there and with the help, care, love and understanding of my friends and family in conjunction with the support of health workers made a full recovery.

Just know there is light at the end of the tunnel and that this too shall pass.

Be well, friend.
