Haven't you got a defrost facility on your microwave?

yes, but only if you put it on the defrost setting, a couple of mins at a time, keep checking them regularly

ha ha ha. I'm not certain but I'd say no. You'd probably be ok to defrost them in the micro and then cook them

If you're eating them whole I would'nt,they never defrost evenly

I usually cut them up into chunks and them keep checking and moving them about every couple of minutes

You just have to do it little by little and stop the micro for a couple of mins in between, otherwise they will just explode!

Make sure they are thoroughly cooked in the centre ie piping hot, when you have finished.

The key word is Cook! no you don't have to defrost as long as you take this into account and cook them fully through. Failure could end up leaving you with a nice dose of salmonella and your bum hole being well utilised.

Late to this thread, however, use the defrost function to defrost it first, then switch to cooking mode?

Coventry

It's easy and safe....

Wrap the frozen chicken in tin foil and place on a metal plate... Place 3 eggs on the plate too..

Place in microwave on full power for 15 minutes...

Happy cooking....
