Anyone tried or use CBD?

Thinking of trying it for a number of reasons. Also, any recommendations on places to go/buy, I’m in n/w London.

If you’ve used/use it, What benefits have you had? I’m also looking to ingest it, never liked smoking or any kind.

I've used it for anxiety, it seemed to help.

I brought mine from boots in the 5% but they do one as high as 11%. Comes as an oil, you just put the drops under the tongue and leave them to absorb.

I use it for an ongoing pain problem that I have had for around 15 years.

It don't cure it completely but does make it better. The stuff I use is 15mg/ml. Not the strongest by far but it helps

I don't take it but i know people that do for a variety of ailments and they all swear by it. Available online or at Holland and Barrett.
