Missing photos

We were gold site members, our membership had ran out for a week. Just paid and renewed tonight but have now noticed that nearly half of our photos have disappeared, has anyone else noticed the same thing happening? Or have any explanation as to why?

I have contacted admin aswell x

You have a different photo allowance with different types of supporter status. If you didn't have Gold status for a week then, I assume, the photos would go.

We paid by PayPal first time around and by text message this time still the gold site members tho, would how we paid make s difference to what photos show on our profile? X

As Lickety suggests; as soon as any level of membership goes unpaid then you loose the privileges it offers I’d imagine.
