It's one of the things I love about living where I do...the canals!

One of my favourite walks is along the canal between Trowbridge and Bradford on Avon, so pretty

We have a canal a few minutes away - the dog loves it as she can look in to the barge windows

London

I thought I'd Barge into this thread...

The canal that goes through Camden in London is quite popular to spend the day with all the bars and restaurants near by.

Pontcysyllte viaduct near Wrexham ... now that's a feat of engineering. Telford's finest steel trough, the highest canal viaduct in the world and a world heritage site

Nerves of steel needed navigating across that in a strong wind
