Recently, a long time friend from fab went on a first meet with another whom they'd had a long correspondence thru fab.

My friend had done everything right;met in a public place,informed another of their whereabouts etc.

And yet the day ended for them in hospital and police involvement and charges being brought.

I don't want to scare people but maybe others could add to this post their own safety measures etc.

In this day and age there are still some people where no doesn't mean no.
