Focus on the folders and pencil case. Every new endeavour requires a new pencil case. I had trouble resisting buying one in Muji yesterday.

In a town Fab forgot

Got to be the stapler.

Most have an undiscovered secret. The punch down plate can be turned around 180 degrees, so when stapling the "legs" of the staples splay out, not bend over.

Easier to extract and take up less room in a stack of stapled documents.

Also, men will mostly appreciate this, when you run out of staples you can half strip the stapler and shout "reload"....

It's "almost" like being back in Nam.......

"I liked those perforated strips you could tear off old school dot matrix printers. I used to fold 2 strips into a springy Caterpillar thing. Thought I was clever and invented something, but sadly saw something similar a while later #DreamShattered

That really is very cute. You like the bit of stationery that normally gets thrown away. I *may* still have some of that paper. "

I discovered a similar problem with 3 strawberry laces and "inventing" platting

"Papper clips. I'd say they are the greatest invention known to mankind as they have so many uses."

I was very underwhelmed by the staple-less stapler

It can only do a small number of pages. I think I forgot to put in my picture. I got carried away ensuring a representative sample of my notebooks.

I rarely use baby stapler. I like Daddy stapler, not all offices have one.

That's the one that can staple whole people together.

"Bumping this to explain my avatar!

I got it

The person who fab'd the picture and called it random didn't.

I made it sexier ('cause stationery is sexy) by placing the items on my sexy, purple chaise longue.

"

still don't get it

It was World Stationery Day earlier this week, in Stationery Week. I started a thread. Another poster uploaded a picture of his fountain pen. I pulled together a selection of my collection of stationery. It's not random.

The prominence of the “pritt-stick” in the photograph makes me wonder if you were going for a “sky remote” type of shot .....

I felt I needed to insert another item, as I had to get some of me into the picture to meet the rules.

What I really needed was a photographer so that I could have the stationery adorning my naked body as I lay on the chaise.
