It's a nice evening out, I don't have anything to rush home for, but my feet and legs are hurting, so, should I walk home or get the bus.

The walk is about 25/30 minutes; the bus about 10.

I need the exercise, but my mind is saying the pain isn't worth the calories burnt.

I'll give you 20 minutes then count up the votes, if there are any. If not, I'm getting the bus.

Or I might walk.

Walk, enjoy the evening and people watch as you head home... besides no pain no gain. I'll rub your tootsies if they hurt too much

Walk it’s a nice evening and can help loosen you so you’re not aching and the calories burnt so it’s a double win

The walk will make the pain worse, but I'm buying some Epsom salts for a salt bath when I get in.

Not yet. I really don't want to take painkillers, so I'm hoping the bath helps.

I did 30 minutes walking earlier on in the day, but I like to do at least an hour.

All our pubs have been closed barring a couple. It's nearer to walk home, through the park.

I saw a squirrel

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Have you got any topical pain killers, just in case?

No. I only use tablet form as the pain is all over my body usually.

I'm in the bath now, having a soak and it feels a little better already.
