Long term pain

Anyone else suffer from long term pain i have good days and bad i don't like taking painkillers for long periods of time but i think i might have to start now .I take cbd oil make my own turmeric paste ginger tea if its bad hit it hard with co-codamol and use heat pads .

I have ostioatheritis in my foot wear and tear in my lower back 2 whiplash injuries to my neck as a result i only work 2 days a week
