Sonic The Hedgehog Movie

Well, the trailer for the upcoming movie came out yesterday and my honest opinion is that the upcoming movie looks awful.

The CGI Sonic looks really bad. It's set on Earth rather than on Sonic's world. The humour is on the levels of Alvin and the Chipmunks, Hop and Peter Rabbit kind of bad.

The only highlight is that this movie has Jim Carrey as Dr Robotnik.

For any who have seen the trailer, what are your thoughts?

I know right. I had a look into who is directing this movie and he only directed an animated short known as Gopher Broke which explains why the CGI looks bad in this movie.

What is annoying though is that in many other movies before, this movie has the military involvedin the plot and to be honest, I'm really sick of it.

I wondered what happened to Gordon. It must make him sick being unemployed and having to watch Philip on This Morning.

What is a shame about this movie is that it's set on Earth and not on Sonic's home planet.

This is why some movies based on games and comics failed.
