My Wand has died !!!

So I have a wand , it was a fabulous gift and new too so I know its not died off overuse!! It wont charge any ideas ???

I don't know what I'd do if my wand died... I went major overkill and got a transformer the size of a brick to ensure it, and my wand were as safe as possible!

It was a present but might be able to get hold of it , thought id see if anyone else had had simular problems before writing an excuse me but my sex toy stopped working email

Hahaha that's fair enough. Have you tried changing the fuse? I know it's new, but worth a try if you haven't and make sure it's 13amp. Otherwise I'd get a replacement. Thats far too precious not to replace

I am genuinly gutted its the best thing since , well these wands came out , I heard everyone talking about them was fortunate enough to try one and apparently I enjoyed it so much I really needed a presant

Its not mains Hubby said hes going to attack it for me tomorrow all else fails hes attatching it to an SDS drill

I feel your pain!

The ones with a rocker switch or dial seem to burn out more easily than the ones with clear on/off buttons.

Think I burnt out a couple of mains powered ones this way as they were inadvertantly left slightly on.

I prefer my rechargeable now.

Daft question but have you made sure the socket is switched on or tried a different socket? I've left mine on charge before now, only to find I'd not turned the wall socket/extension lead on.
