Depends of the pros and cons/risk involved.

Also whether I have a say in said change.

I'm a creature of habit so if things change in my daily work routine my mind starts going into over drive... my work days are like groundhog day x

Depends what the change is. Sometimes I dread it, just leave it alone but it can be refreshing

Yes and no. I like to push myself and go with my heart in life but I do like having the security of my home life to come back to.

Sometimes U.K

Am all for change and new experiences. Find it difficult to understand those who insist on a daily and weekly routine without ever taking risks.

I think that it's time, for a cool change.

Only if I'm the driving force behind the change. If someone or something else changes out of the blue it throws me into a real tizz.

Central

It depends what it is. Leaving the EU, having frequent flight alterations imposed, global warming catastrophes and many more don't sit comfortably with me. Many improvements and refreshments of life scenery, options and wellbeing are welcome. And sexual partners and activities are good for a lot of variety.

Yes and no....some changes will freak me out, others I'll embrace. Definitely depends on what's changed.

London

I'm a creature of habit because it's simpler and more efficient.

But it suppresses creativity.

So I'm trying to change the way I do things..sometimes.

I always have this dichotomy of needing familiarity and routine. Knowing where it’s at so to speak. But equally loving spontaneity and freshness, variety and excitement.

So although I often fear change, I embrace it for all that it brings, whatever that might be.

I like change, as long as it isn't change for the sake of it.

Keeps life interesting.

Some people/organisations change things for the sake of it. If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it is my motto
