I'm not sure if we're in mourning or something but there seems to be more black shadows around here recently.

I'm finding I have to look at usernames to see who is posting!

Now with this new porn law coming in what if fab decide to bypass it by not allowing pics anymore. EVERYONE IS A SHADOW!

How would it affect the site?

How would it affect you personally? Would you still be here?

If we were all shadows it would get people talking more, as you wouldn't be dismissing those without pics as we'd all be the same.

People would be taken at "word value" so to speak.

Kik usage would go up.

Blanket bombing would go up massively I reckon, as pics would be at least some part of deciding factor in who the copy and pasters decide to message.

I didn't join because of the pictures so I doubt I'd leave if there was a blackout. I found in the beginning many moons back, I only put up pictures to go along with the masses. I soon realised how daft that was, so I guess having no pics wouldn't really matter. If I started to chat with someone with a view to meeting, pictures could be swapped privately.

Oh and yeah, I'd probably still stay for the forums, but would love than likely only meet new people at clubs/socials

Veris plat a huge part for me in trusting the pics are of the real people behind the profile, whereas they could send absolutely anything via kik etc.

Talking and getting to know someone online, would not change my mind about meeting someone I was not attracted to. I would leave the site.

It would be like being on the phone at work for me. I'd build up a pic in my head based and voice and content. Certainly could make things more interesting but I like a pic to go on.

I don't get it. I just setup our couples profile and I've added text, pictures ect. Granted it's not a great deal but there's at least something on there vs a shadow

Nah I wouldn't bother. Initial physical attraction is how I choose who to bother messaging. I'm not getting to know lots of potentials only to be turned off physically. I just don't have the time or the inclination to do that. I'm not desperate.

No public pics and I'd stay, no pics at all and I'd probably go...maybe stay for the forums.

I wouldn't wanna waste too much time. A mutual attraction is very important if i intended to meet someone with a view to play.

Failing that I'd have thousands of blocked profiles on Kik.

Imagine how different people's profile text would be though.

I'd find it like pulling hens teeth, as it's easier to evaluate a potential partner if there are pics. I don't like profiles without pics - though notice an increasingly large amount of them.

It’s really hard to use the forum with the images hidden. You have to read everything just to find the users you like to stalk %/)
