Get it right. They kick a ball around for about 39 minutes, and spend the rest rolling around on the floor, or crying to a man wearing black.

That lack of ability to change a game may be just about right...it's as if you can see it on his face, unless they purposefully edit according to win loss draw?

On a mooch

Injuries and tiredness abundant, but we can’t use that as an excuse. You want it, you’ve got to go earn it and give your all

If the tired team turns up like Saturday we are screwed

But the magic of CL is here, been written off all the way through the tournament, so take your chance and give it your all

Clean sheet priority and expect to see Jan running down the wing as he did against Dortmund

As long as they give it their all, can’t ask for much more, well accept the win

Hoping for 1-0 but failing that 2-1

A world all of his own

With Kane injured and Song suspended, we're going to be lacking firepower somewhat. Hopefully the midfield will come to our rescue. A 0-0 draw wouldn't be a terrible result tbf, so long as we can stop them scoring. I'd take a 1-0.

Any of you guys actually watched a whole Ajax game this year?

They will go fast through the middle til they get up top, where they hunt in packs + one touch on edge of the box like you never saw before.

They might focus on trippier cos he’s a dreadful defender, so I suspect the goals will come either through middle or from Ajax left wing cutting inside.

Poor spurs , it’s good experience but hopefully doesn’t get too embarrassing for them.

All in good time... I've seen enough League titles and European Cup wins to know we are not in the same company these days. We will sell some of the Deadwood and bring in fresh, patience is a virtue as it won't go swimmingly from the start

Whilst this happens, I'd love to see Spurs in a Champions League final, their fans had to take shite off Arsenal for far too long

You forget that if we beat Bournemouth we guarantee CL next season though - so think we'll be aiming to win that one regardless.

We weren't at the races for the first 30 minutes last night, and missed Kane and/or Son and had no cutting edge as a result - think we'll have learned a lot from that and with Son back next week we're in with a chance - it's a big ask of course, and Ajax are a fantastic team who are more than capable but we have to have faith - if we can play to the top of our game, nick an early goal then anything is possible

Interesting thought which was the greater of these comebacks...

To be 3-0 down after away leg and win 4-0 at home.. Or to be 3-0 down on aggregate away from home with Aprox 35 mins left and to score 3 and win on away goals...

Looking at just those details think spurs must pip it.... However taking into account opposition.. Barcelona and ajax.. Liverpool will seem the greater

After the dust has settled and we have confirmed Champions League for the next season, I have to admit viewing my previous post, the phrase “O ye of little faith” springs to mind. My son is a Liverpool supporter and he’s convinced it’s a done deal for the reds. Well, it’s eleven v eleven if truth be told and we have every chance of winning.

Glad to see there are Spurs fans that swing, and some swingers who support Spurs. Maybe a social sometime to meet up and share the Glory,Glory,Tottenham Hotspur on June 1st.
