ironman triathlon at nearly 60yrs

hi ,i am nearly 60 years old and just wanted to let you all know i did an iron man triathlon in 6hrs 47 mins

yep i watched iron man 1, iron man 2, iron man 3, it was hell sitting for so long but managed it
