Self reflection, give yourself honest critique, and action plan.

Assess, reflect, improve.

I always analyze my day, what went well, what not so well, why? What can I do to enhance/improve.

It is a powerful thing, but effective.

Positivity. An ability to be content with what you have while aiming for what you would like. An ability to be realistic. Good self esteem.

I've learnt personal life lessons and know that their is always room for growth.

As for work I'm just a grafter

Be grateful and find excitement, you won't ever get where you want to be and be happy if you are miserable with where you are.

I've had to work really hard to get from suicidal to very content. The biggest changes I made to become an effective person were...

Be mindful, check in with the present in order to get your head out of the past and the future.

Check the facts, especially if you find yourself ruminating, or worrying about what if's. Remember that opinion and speculation is not fact.

Accept what you can't change and have the courage to recognise and change what you can.

Be pleasant to everyone. Lots of people use a business cos of the person rather then the price/product.

On a mooch

Don’t let the little things or others bother me; learn from the lessons that life has thrown at me; and most importantly I am me and if people don’t like that, not my problem, move along I’m not changing for anyone
