Leeds hotel with large rooms needed for photoshoot

We need a Leeds hotel with rooms large enough to comfortably fit a massage bench in for a photoshoot. We already have a photographer in mind! Does any one have any recommendations please? Inked and kinky.

Family room in a Premier Inn or Travelodge ?

There and to the left a bit

Not sure if there's one in Leeds but Jury's Inn rooms tend to be larger than your average Premier Inn or Travelodge and are not much more expensive

Malmaison might not be a bad shout, think the corner rooms are a bit more roomy. 42 the calls is also a good setting, not sure if the space is adequate though.
