Been with them 15 years. They keep hiking there prices and every time I ring I'm on for hours trying to talk to someone who doesn't want to know. Signed up with Sky. No problem, straight through. Sorted. Tried to cancel virgin. Had to make 5 phone calls! Kept getting cut off after 15 minutes every time!! AAARGHH!!!!!

I’ve never had a problem - I call, tell them I can’t afford it & that I want a reduced package. They normal honour new customer deals. If not I ask for the disconnections team.

When I was living near London I was with them for 4 years and now where I am I've been with them 1.5 years. No issues atall. Sky was forever fucking me about.

VM is shocking. Cannot understand their price increase and why it’s so steep. I’m definitely on comparethemarket to get a better provider. They’re a disgrace.

If you tell them you have signed up to another provider you amazingly get passed through to the necessary department. Then you get a much more tailored service. I went from £60 ish a month for TV, internet and phone to what I wanted, internet and phone for £25.

I watch very little TV

Got rid of VM and just got a Freeview box

Does me just fine and I'm £50 a month better off
