cause i cant remember what its called and cant look it up cause i dont know how to describe it, its just i was telling someone that i now have one as before the fat hid it. It goes from under your chin and down your neck

Double chin? There are yoga exercises you can do to tone it up. Google them, they are easy.

I'm not sure it has an 'official' name, it's just excess skin as we get older isn't it? as we lose elasticity? most folk just call it 'turkey neck'

Think your right i was looking for the word decollege but wrong part of the body. Oh well ive always been a bit of a gobbler lol
