"My hands were numb when I cooked outside my tent the past 2 days. First night was fried rice with pork and vegetables, second night was spicy cous cous with Chorizo and vegetables. This evening I shall have rib-eye steak with saute potatoes and parsnips, fried onions and mushrooms, and a Stilton sauce, to be washed down by a big glass of red wine. Just had some Ready Brek to warm myself up. I shall cook a fry up after I got dressed. Agree with Polo about winter dishes, and I have a selection of stews, curries, soups frozen in the freezer ready to be eaten for lunch at work. It is kind of cheating to defrost them to eat when I go camping this time of the year, hence I am cooking from scratch instead. " what times is it ready ? | |||
