In my experience it's same feeling and assuming it's same for all ladies

When I was with my ex I used to get to that point and feel like I was going to wet myself and never let myself go, one evening about a year after Doughnut and I had been together, we were so caught up and it just happened I let myself go and it was amazing and if actually felt like a massive release and was a bit like ‘so this is what sex really feels like’ might sound strange but that’s how I would describe it.

It does feel like your wetting yourself so maybe it would help to have towels down or I've used those bed training disposable covers for kids haha... So she doesn't worry about making a mess.

I haven't been made to gush for a long time and I reckon when it happens again that first time will be hard to let go again...

It totally freaked me out the first time it happened to me and really felt like I'd wet myself and I totally soaked the bed.

I really wasn't sure up to that point if I actually wanted to pee and I would jump out of bed and run to the loo to discover I couldn't pee but still had the urge (pre urination feeling) it was then that u realised it wasn't me wanting to pee at all so I decided to just let go.

I agree with the other posters to prepare the bed in advance to save her embarrassment because a tea cup amount of fluid goes an awful long way.

You may also find that if she is on top then when she withdraws it will suddenly pour all over you. Whatever you do act natural and tell her it's OK. I've had some horrific moments of guys freaking out and some amazing ones of guys absolutely loving it.
