I ask partly because as a fishmonger we pick worms out of Shetland Cod. They are bottom feeders.

Its not the things people can see they should worry about,its the things they can't see, like caesium 137,mercury,strontium 90, pcbs and many other heavy metals and toxins that accumulate in fish and seafood
