Less penis more text would help. As would getting to know people, try joining in the forums or chatrooms or get yourself along to a social or club.

As above, add some profile text, women get loads of messages a day, make yours a good message so they want to look at your profile then sell yourself a bit on there, give women a clue, what type of women do you like?
